Call for Combo Products Survey Participation

The Combination Products Coalition's (CPC) FDA Guidance Survey, introduced at the annual RAPS meeting in September, is now available online: CPC Survey

Survey participants must be professionals working with combination products within their organization. In efforts to provide a more comprehensive view, collaboration with multiple professionals who work with combination products within the organization is encouraged. However, CPC requests only one survey per organization.

Participation in this survey is critical in assessing the need for guidance on combination product issues. The results from this survey will be useful to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and members of industry in reviewing the Office of Combination Product's (OCP) guidance and rule-making activities.

Before completing this survey, respondents are encouraged to review the OCP's guidance and rule-making activities on the OPC website.

All information submitted in this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Individual or organizational information will not be identifiable unless you choose to submit optional demographic information.

The survey should take 20-25 minutes to complete. The deadline for completing the survey is November 21, 2007.
