Medical technology product companies represent a complex and diverse set of requirements and functionality. Anson Group’s client engagement process enables both our clients and consultants define and understand the nature and scope of their regulatory challenges, developing the appropriate solutions to those challenges through collaborative data sharing and problem solving approach.

- Initial Discussion: Initial conversation to understand the current perspective and nature of the problem with the appropriate Anson principal consulting team leads.
- Non-disclosure Agreement: Based on the outcome of the initial discussion, a bi-lateral Non-Disclosure Agreement will be put into place in order to share essential but often sensitive or proprietary data.
- General Consulting Agreement Executed: Once it is determined that Anson can help, a general consulting agreement is put in place that can be referenced by one or more engagement projects, making it easy to do business with Anson.
- Proposal: A Proposal for specific services is assembled and reviewed by the team and sent to the client for approval and/or modification. The proposal states the nature of the problem and the proposed solution to be developed and delivered by Anson consultants.
- Project Assignment: Once the proposal has been refined to clearly represent the desired outcome, a project plan with specific deliverables, timeframes, and resources, including costs, is presented for client review and approval. Anson refers to these project plans as Project Assignments.
- Project Executed: Upon approval of the Project Assignment work can be begin, culminating with delivery of the project deliverables defined in the plan.
